Equity and Diversity Management Plan
Planning for diversity is about providing staff with a challenging and rewarding work environment in which they can reach their full potential. The Queensland Treasury Equity and Diversity Management Plan 2006-2008 will ensure that Treasury moves towards diversity in the workplace in a planned way and addresses the barriers which may hinder attracting, recruiting, retaining and developing careers of target group members.
