Queensland Treasury is committed to providing the community with open and transparent access to information about its services, activities and business operations. Access to this information is provided in many of our corporate documents, which are available through our publication scheme.
While we proactively release much information to the community about our activities, the Right to Information Act 2009 provides a formal means of requesting access to information held by us that is not normally publicly available.
The Information Privacy Act 2009 provides you with the means to access your personal information and to ensure that this information is accurate, complete, up-to-date and not misleading.
Note: the process for making a Right to Information application or an Information Privacy application replaces the previous Freedom of Information (FOI) process.

Disclosure log – released Right to Information requests
Our disclosure log provides details of non-personal information released under the Right to Information Act 2009 that is considered to be of significant interest to the wider public. We will provide copies of documents identified in the disclosure log on request.
