Our disclosure log provides details of non-personal information released under Right to Information Act 2009 that is considered to be of significant interest to the wider public. The disclosure log below provides links to the released documents that are available to the public.

You can subscribe to be notified of new disclosure log entries via email. To do so, please send an email to rti@treasury.qld.gov.au. Your email address will only be used for the purposes of the subscription and will not be released to any other entity without your consent unless authorised by law.
2013 disclosure logs
Due to the recent amendments to the Right to Information Act 2009, agencies and Ministers are now required to publish additional information in a disclosure log. In effect there will be now two disclosure logs.
The ‘Applications received disclosure log’ contains the details of valid applications received by the agency and the Treasurer and Minister for Trade.
The ‘Applications released disclosure log’ contains details of only those applications where documents are released and are suitable for disclosure to the wider public.
Previous disclosure logs are also available.
