Important information for applicants
- Applicants are shortlisted based on their ability to meet the assessment criteria detailed in the relevant role description.
- Applicants will be advised via email whether they have been successful in progressing to each stage of the selection process (please provide an email address that you check regularly).
- Vacancies are only available in the disciplines specified.
- Updates on the selection process will be advertised on this website.
- You will be required to create a user name and password when you enter the online assessment platform. Please record this information as it will be required should you be invited to stage 2 of the assessment process.
- Shortlisted applicants must be available at the nominated times to participate in the selection process. Arrangements will be made for those applicants currently living outside of the greater Brisbane area.
- Successful applicants will be offered a permanent position which is subject to a three month probationary period.
- Your application may also be forwarded to other Queensland Government departments for consideration in other graduate recruitment processes. You will be advised by email if your application has been forwarded to another Queensland Government department, including the name of the department.
- Feedback will only be provided to 'interviewed' applicants.
- Applications will only be accepted from international students if you have already applied for Permanent Residency (PR) Status and are still awaiting the outcome. Permanent appointment to the program cannot be made without PR Status.
