Viewing and saving Microsoft Office files

To view, save and print Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint files you will need either Microsoft Office or the free Microsoft Office online viewers installed on your computer.

Viewing Word, Excel or PowerPoint files

View a document by selecting the link text. The document will load into the viewer.

Saving Word, Excel or PowerPoint files

  • Microsoft Windows users:
    1. right-click your mouse on the link text
    2. select Save Target As
    3. save the file in your preferred location.
  • Macintosh users with a single-button mouse:
    1. hold down the control key while you click your mouse on the link text
    2. select Save Link As or Download Link to Disk
    3. save the file in your preferred location.
