Our workforce profile

At the end of 2004-05 there were 1,910 full time equivalent staff in Treasury, which was an 8.7 per cent increase on the same time in 2003-04. The representation of women in Treasury increased to 51.3 per cent of the total workforce. During 2004-05 we recruited 481 new employees and 329 staff departed. We regularly check with employees on their attitudes to the workplace.
