Modernise and improve revenue management systems.

Completed development of our online revenue management system (RMS) for pay-roll tax streamlining and simplifying the administration of pay-roll tax.

Provided major land tax relief of $847 million over four years.

With RMS going live online on 4 July 2005, our pay-roll tax clients can now reap the benefits of a state of the art online revenue management system.

Commence next stage of RMS for stamp duty.

Proactively identify, investigate and create the capability for efficient and effective revenue management for the Government.

Adopted a new compliance model to be applied progressively to all revenue lines.

Apply the model to duties administration.
