1. The Gambling output is funded entirely from the Community Investment Fund following changes to the Gaming Machine Act 1991 in 2006.
Gambling Community Benefit Fund grant growth since 1994 (excluding cash surpluses)

Analysis: The Gambling Community Benefit Fund distributes grants to assist not-for-profit groups and volunteer-based organisations around the State. Since 1994, the Fund has distributed over $377 million to more than 32,950 projects. With this support, local organisations have produced visible social and economic benefits for their communities.
