Business branches

Treasury business branches work in partnership with other government agencies and stakeholders to provide advice on policy development, budget management, and risk management assessment; implement and review corporatisation and commercialisation policy and microeconomic reform (including legislative reviews under National Competition Policy); and provide evaluation and advice on major infrastructure development proposals.

Each business branch has a specific industry focus and seeks to build strong partnerships and strategic alliances with agencies as well as providing a single point of contact.
