Priorities in Progress 2003-04 by section

Foreword (PDF 30 K)
The Honourable Terry Mackenroth MP, Deputy Premier, Treasurer and Minister for Sport.

Introduction (PDF 90 K)
This report provides information about the experiences of the Queensland community and the impact of government policies and initiatives in the 2003–04 financial year.

During the year, the Government redefined its priorities to reflect its current policy platform. These new priorities (shown on page seven) represent those areas on which the Government will focus its attention in the short to medium term.

This report assesses the degree to which those priorities, and specific initiatives undertaken in line with those priorities, have contributed to the achievement of outcomes for the community.

The Government’s specified community outcomes represent the broader spectrum of experiences that the Government is seeking for Queenslanders.
