The Regulatory Assessment Statement (RAS) System Guidelines describe the streamlined procedure for developing regulation for Queensland Government agencies under the RAS system. It is designed to assist officers working on the development, assessment and improvement of regulation, to produce better regulation in accordance with regulatory best practice principles.
