Corporate Services provides many of the basic functions that enable Queensland Treasury and Trade to operate. It does this in partnership with shared service providers delivering across a range of services including finance, human resources and ICT.
Corporate Services plays an important role in building Queensland Treasury and Trade’s capacity to manage its people, its resources and its governance responsibilities more effectively. Our functional experts can assist clients to develop effective resource plans, meet their compliance obligations and make informed decisions around many of their internal capability issues.
Our key role in working with the shared service providers is to define and monitor service standards, negotiate operating level agreements, resolve issues and mitigate risks associated with service delivery. We work together to constantly review the systems and processes operating across our organisational boundaries, to improve their functionality and to increase their efficiency.
