Queensland Office of Gaming Regulation (QOGR)
Queensland Office of Gaming Regulation (QOGR) is responsible for the regulation of casinos, charitable gambling, gaming machines, interactive gambling, keno, lotteries, and wagering. Activities include licensing premises and persons, investigating complaints, conducting prosecutions and ensuring industry compliance with gambling legislation. QOGR ensures compliance by conducting probity investigations, audits and inspections of all gambling products as well as overseeing day-to-day casino operations.
QOGR allocates grants to the community through the Gambling Community Benefit Fund and provides responsible gambling information.
