The Royal Children's Hospital Site Project – Market Sounding

Projects Queensland is currently inviting Registrations of Interest from parties interested in participating in market sounding to inform the development of the Royal Children's Hospital Site (RCHS) Business Case. Market sounding will cover a proposed Planned Procedure Centre as well as potential redevelopment opportunities on the balance of the RCHS.

New Generation Rollingstock

The Queensland Government's New Generation Rollingstock (NGR) project will see a significant increase to the train fleet to meet the growing demand for rail services in South East Queensland. The project is the largest single investment by Queensland in trains and demonstrates the Government's commitment to public transport in South East Queensland.

1 William Street contractor announced

Cbus Property has secured the contract to develop the $653 million 1 William Street project for the Queensland Government, as announced by Acting Premier and Minister for State Development, Infrastructure and Planning Jeff Seeney and Treasurer and Minister for Trade Tim Nicholls on 21 December 2012.
