Compliance

Treasury, through the Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing, regulates legal gambling in the community interest by providing a regulatory framework to ensure the probity and integrity of the industry in Queensland. Legal gambling includes Golden Casket lotteries, casino wagering, keno, gaming machines and art unions. This is supported through the distribution of information and an enquiry service.

The Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing website has further information on the Gaming Machine Reallocation Scheme for hotels, public benefit test, compliance manuals, charitable and non-profit guides, technical information and gaming newsletters.
