Strategic plan

Our purpose is to deliver government priorities through our expert economic, fiscal, clean energy and revenue advice and service.

Our strategic plan is the overarching planning document that sets our purpose and vision, and identifies our priorities for the next 4 years. We review the plan annually, identifying a range of strategies to achieve our strategic objectives which support our vision and purpose.

As part of our commitment to accountability and transparency, we identify key performance indicators, risks and opportunities.

We report on our performance against our strategic objectives in our Annual Report to grow confidence in government service delivery.
