Boost to Buy home ownership scheme
Eligible first home buyers can purchase a home in Queensland with a deposit as low as 2% through the Boost to Buy home ownership scheme.
This grant gives eligible first-time home buyers $15,000 or $30,000 towards buying or building a new home in Queensland.
Concessions can reduce how much transfer (stamp) duty you need to pay.
