Documents relate to Mirvac Group’s selection as one of two proponents of the Queensland Government’s Build-to-Rent (BTR) Pilot Project for the proposed development at 60 Skyring Terrace, Newstead (the Site).

Documents sought include:

1. All meeting agendas and meeting minutes between the BTR Project Team and Mirvac Group;

2. The detailed final evaluation report (excluding drafts) noting this includes the final deed.
