1. A list in the form of a printable excel spreadsheet which contains the street address of the last lot in each Community Titles Scheme in the State of Queensland that has been transferred and in respect of which the Commissioner has received details of under or pursuant to section 78 of the Land Tax Act 2010, including without limitation, through a combined form provided by the Registrar of Titles (Form 24) or extracts from them.

We are trying to work out the address of each community title scheme.

2. The list is to include the following details:
a. The plan type and number for that CTS or Lot;
b. The date of the most recent transfer;
c. The Lot number most recently transferred (optional);
d. The street address of that lot.
