Published Regulatory Impact Statements

Under the now superseded Queensland Government Guide to Better Regulation, the Office of Best Practice Regulation (OBPR) published approved Regulatory Impact Statements and Post Implementation Reviews between June 2012 and 31 August 2023.

From 4 September 2023, all Impact Analysis Statements (IAS) must be published on departmental websites and a copy provided to the OBPR for its records following final approval of the regulatory proposal by the relevant decision-making body. IASs should be maintained on the departmental website.
