In line with the Queensland Government Guide to Better Regulation, the Office of Best Practice Regulation publishes approved Regulatory Impact Statements.

Regulatory Impact Statements (RISs) and Post Implementation Reviews (PIRs) completed between July 2015 and 1 June 2021 were assessed by the former Queensland Productivity Commission.

RISs completed between July 2012 and June 2015 were assessed by the Queensland Competition Authority.
