It is recognised that agencies may have developed processes or tools specifically for use in their agencies and their use should be continued. The tools that have been included in this guidance document may be modified and adapted to meet each agency’s needs and requirements and may provide the basis for a review of the existing tools currently used by agencies.
For ease of use, the tools have been cross-referenced to relevant information sheets in the handbook.
Agencies are encouraged to advise Treasury (Fiscal and Financial Management Branch) of any changes that should be made to the financial management tools to incorporate additional tools or amend existing tools that may be of benefit to other agencies. Any feedback or suggestions should be emailed to fmbregistrations@treasury.qld.gov.au.
